Also known as the Apprentice. Julie was born n Samarkand, Julie parents died when Lucifer sent to kill all the heroes when they were still too young to defend themselves. Garth saved the girl and took her in and began her training in the Art of Will. Years later all the training came to an end when Connor came to ask for her aid in saving Albion. Being with the other heroes opened up Julie to be more adventurous. Julie while on her journey finds herself attracted to the dangerous hero assassin.
