Francis Drake is the son of the once legendary hero knight and grandson of the Villian of Oakvale. Legends says that once the Villain of Oakvale killed his father, Francis is destined to become the new Hero of Oakvale and bring down the tyranny of his grandfather.
He is the main protagonist in Fable: The Fallen Knight.

Francis was born and raised in Oakvale, he was the son of the legendary hero knight and the grandson of the once hero of Oakvale who is now the Villian of Oakvale. During his childhood he would often receive letter from his aunt Cassandra Glades, a hero and knight who is in brightwall. He also mentions he has a brother who he hasn't seen in over five years.
